Nicolas Forte
Nicolas Forte has been inspired by the work and research that has been done on Usher 1F. Since his son, Diego Forte's diagnosis, he has been motivated to spread awareness and raise funds within Canada. Diego was fortunate enough to regain his hearing through cochlear implants and encourages the cure for vision. Nicolas graduated from the University of Ottawa with a bachelor of science in kinesiology. He is a career firefighter in the City of Ottawa. Together with his wife, they have 3 children, one of whom has Usher 1F.
